about

Prana HAND Clinic

Pra·na: (Sanskrit)

The life giving force expressed through breath, movement and vitality.

Our hands connect us to everything that matters. Loss of function from an orthopedic injury, inflammatory arthritis, an accident, or cumulative trauma can be overwhelming.

A Certified Hand Therapist is an occupational or physical therapist who has a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and 4,000 hours or more of direct practice in hand and upper extremity therapy.

At Prana Hand, all therapy is under a Certified Hand Therapist specifically trained to evaluate and provide the most up-to-date treatment of the finger, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, and shoulder.  We focus on healing right from the start with a foundation that fits your needs and injury.

Mission

We restore movement, reduce pain, and help you return to work, sport, and the activities that matter most.

Our Certified Hand Therapist

I have been exited to spend 25 years dedicated  to helping people recover from injury, surgery, arthritis, nerve conditions, and complex hand disorders.

As the founder of Prana Hand Therapy Clinic, I combine evidence-based treatment with individualized care so every patient can return to the work, hobbies, and life they enjoy.

Throughout my career I have received national recognition, presented internationally, served as President of the Texas Society for Hand Therapy, and taught future therapists as clinical faculty at UT Health San Antonio.
